For static residential proxies, you have a 24-hour window to request a refund, which is valid if the proxies fail to function as expected or if you are unable to resolve the issue with our support team. For residential proxies, unlimited proxies, and SOCKS5 proxy products, we do not offer any refunds after the order is placed or the proxies are used.
